Recognise Your Two Selves
When you are wearing tinted glasses, the whole world looks coloured. Only by becoming conscious of the glasses themselves can you recognise how they affect your perception. Your inner elephant is the tinted glasses. The higher consciousness of your inner executive can recognise the tint, which starts liberating you form the box of small and habitual thinking. With the development of your inner executive, your perspective will expand, you will be less enamoured with yourself and more open to new ideas, and you will enjoy a bigger world view. Leaders who operate from their inner executive have acquired new, tint-free glasses for themselves.
