Campus Bubble Tea?

I say -What happened to "campus cove"? I tried asking this question from the guy behind the country but he was busy talking in some oriental language on his cell and instead of tending to the only potential customer, he motioned instead to wait two minutes. Needless to say I told him to forget it and walked out still not knowing what happened!

So some from York university will have to answer this one for me.
